Re: Another million DirecTV Refugees - please read to get your TV back

Hello, We were DirecTV customers since circa 1999 until 2019, almost 20 years. We saw DirecTV go from a fun company who cared about its customers and offered good rates on its varied packages to a buggy overpriced service just prior to being acquired by AT & T. After AT & T took over, it has complet...

English stream is not english?

Hello, There is this awesome channel about nature, animals and the Earth, HITN, on Galaxy 23 121W. The ZGemma-H7 receiver indicates there is an english audio track. When selected this audio track is in spanish. When a file from this channel is probed with ffprobe, it states there is an english sound...

Re: 125 west

Hello beeman8, Could be a lot of things. With enough details help should be possible: 1. What is the size of your dish? 2. LNB are you using? 3. Is the dish for C band with a C/Ku LNB or is your dish a Ku band only? Any additional information on this, including the suggested questions above will be ...

Re: Food channel and many more is fta

Awesome!

Thank you all for sharing. :respect All the channels appear to be in 1980 x 1020 (3K?), even the ones that are labeled as SD. I believe this indicates that I need to update the Master Channel list (ZGemma H7)? Hope these continue for a few centuries at least. :-)

Cheers,

Re: Retro TV and others on Atlantic Ku: NASA BCT encrypted?

Hello, In the Satellite charts and the satellites update list for 65W, it shows: NASA BCT encryption 11345 H DVB-S2 8PSK 30000-2/3 Is this correct? NASA never encrypts its public facing broadcasts, so this is new? I cannot tune this satellite as we have trees in the way that are due to be removed in...

Re: ABC migrating to HEVC today

Backup 4:2:0 mux is at 99w 4140 V 30000 It may disapoear any day Those are gone for me. Regarding a 4:2:2 / HEVC decoder solution, I've been told a $50 chip can get the job done, but a long list of hungry parasites stands ready to sue anyone and everyone who doesn't cough up the extortion pay...
