Re: Locked Actuator

Signality, Please contact me. We have replacement parts for your actuator. These actuators tend to run trouble free for years but because mechanical parts are involved, some parts may break and need to be replaced. Fortunately, we carry these spare parts and would be happy to assist anyone experienc...

Re: True South Dish alignment using the sun

All, Did you know that in the old days dish alignment was just as much a pain in the butt as it is today, but some guy working in a restaurant came up with an ingenious arc alignment tool that automated the dish alignment procedure. I think it was called the Gourmet Alignment Tool or something like ...

Re: True South Dish alignment using the sun

All, Once you got the dish aligned south following the method outlined above, set your elevation and declination angles from this chart . In theory, your dish will be pretty damn close to being aligned on the arc. Only some minor corrections may be needed to peak the dish as you start tracking the s...

True South Dish alignment using the sun

All, I noticed this excellent post on another forum about how to align your dish true south using some simple solar calculations from NOAA . I also noticed the poster was aligning our dish. I highly recommend people try this method! :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup ------------------------------...

Email Blockade

All, It seems some large corporations like AT&T and Comcast are blocking our email communications to you. If you are using AT&T or Comcast or don't hear a reply from us, I suggest you use a Gmail or Hotmail or Yahoo email account to contact us. Those work fine as do accounts with smaller internet pr...

Backordered 12', 13.5' and 15' Antennas are now shipping

All, Our warehouse has received several containers of the larger 12', 13.5' and 15' mesh antennas . We were back ordered on these larger antennas for several months now, but rest assured, we have started to clear those back orders. We are shipping them out in chronological order, so whoever ...

Re: Solid dishes

I've never used a slewing drive. Do you have a link to a suggested model that would work with your commercial antennas? Would you still be able to punch in a position to a positioner and the satellite move to a specific orbital location with these drives just like it works now with an actuator/HH m...

Re: Limited Quantity 6' and 8' Mesh Antennas Available

Bump. I counted only 5 sets of the 8' mesh antennas in the warehouse this morning. If you need one, grab it now because they will likely be gone by next week. They will also disappear from the shelves of Amazon, ebay and other places as we are the master supplier. We will not be restocking these unt...

Re: Solid dishes

So then I was looking at Tek2000's offerings and noted you now have some solid dishes available at good prices but are you not developing any solution for motorizing these? The design certainly looks pretty neat with an 12 petal design: http://www.tek2000.com/cgi-bin/web.cgi?command=product&item=12...
