I am not getting anything except the bars on that transponder 3900 v 27500. mus be no longer itc :verysad

Back to scrambled. This is the 'American Forces Network' which sometimes opens up and shows prime-time USA programming. Another one to keep an eye on is the 'British Forces Network' on 40.5w. Same kind of programming and it was open for several months earlier this year.
