Are there any FTA LNBs for 18GHz???

Yes there are Ka band LNB's available, most of them are for VSAT applications and
are rather pricey. However there is also a more consumer grade Ka band LNB It's
distributed by www.inverto.tv ( I have 2 of them if your interested ). The input
freq. is 19.7 - 20.2 Ghz. The L.O. freq. is 21.2Ghz and it's LH / RH circular polarization
utilizing the standard 13 / 18 Volts for switching. Since it has high side injection the
I F is inverted 1500 - 1000 Mhz. It works great on most FTA receivers.

The problem is other than Direct TV there aren't any FTA Ka band signals up there !
