Is anyone watching cband content on a 4K TV? If so, does upscaling dramatically improve the video quality?

I have experinced no signal on MeTV transponder 3974 ( channel 1 and 2 ) as of 1 15 March 2016. Wednesday.
I am recieving all other Wiegel transponders OK. (decades,movies tv,heros and icons)
Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem....

The Luken ch's are now on SES-1. Good for me because of my neighbors Pecan tree is in lhe path between that sat and my dish! Just do a fresh scan of Ses-1 and they will be there. Jess out in California

I picked this up from an individual who thought he could get some free D--h stuff. The price was right; hadn't even hooked it up! Came in orginal box with the turbo module. I probably won't install that though. These are built by the same people...

I am finishing up wring my system, but have a question. Do I use rg6 cable to connect both labs together then run one cable to the receiver or should I run separate cables to 4x1 switch then one cable to the receiver?

I have noticed stronger signals on both bands (but especially ku) now that the new SES-3 satellite is operating at 103W.
No more skew problems either! :D

This TVROSAT chart how often is it update ?
Satellite 133 west c-band transponder 3860 V symbol rate 28000 it is AFN the chart says FTA ,channels is scrambled at least two weeks.
The overall question is how often the other tvrosat satellites...
