Putin has announced plans to build a nuclear powered base on the moon early next decade with the help of China. The Russians will be transporting all the materials to the moon using a nuclear-powered cargo spaceship called Zeus. Zeus will also transport the giant c-band dishes that will be used to communicate with the Earth. RT and CGTN will be delivering live news footage from the moon in a few years!
