I have had this receiver for quiet sometime. It is quiet different than my other recievers with the exception of my AZ prem hd. I still use a polorotor/feedhorn/lnb's. There is no way to scan seperate H or V. It seems to be designed for a lnbf or quad with lnb's and sw's. I can scan, but have to delete the unwanted transponders on each scan. It seems to get all on a scan and the picture is very good. The iptv also has lots of stuff along with youtube. Great receiver, but not friendly with those who still use a polorotor/feed. 9' mesh with c/ku feed horn, lnb's w/polorotor. Recievers hooked up: AZ prem hd., Pansat9500,and Manhattan. I have a few others in my colection including an old Satcruiser and a Captiveworks3000.
