Whats the latest info

Post by Foxcreek » Wed Mar 22, 2017 6:16 pm

All,

I couldn't wait any longer...... I just purchased a 50 in. Philips 4k UHD TV and
the Dreambox DM 900 4k UHD Sat. receiver !

I've noted all the Sat's on this thread. Are there anymore ?

I'm going to be bummed if the receiver shows up ( early April ) and there's nothing
to see in 4k !

Programmers have dropped the ball on 4k stuff. Right now all we got in uhd is Nasa, fashion channel and some loop demos. Some golf feeds also in 4k and BBC broadcast a nature show in 4k a few weeks ago. I wouldn't worry though. DTV launched a new sat recently which will be dedicated to 4k content and they wouldn't have done this if the programmers weren't going to deliver. I heard MLB games will be in 4k this spring too!
