Kodi website down?

Post by rusty » Wed Sep 25, 2019 8:24 pm

Kodi.tv was down earlier today. I hope they are not having legal issues like all the others.

I thought they were 100% legit. :biggrin

"All the others" ?

Their host forced them to upgrade to a better plan because they were using too much bandwidth...

I'm a big fan of Kodi myself. It's how I access all my media after using Plex to grab metadata for it, including all of my recordings from C-band satellite! There's been some great concerts uplinked to satellite over the years...

I have my PC connected to my TV and then use a remote to control it so it can handle anything I throw at it from 4:2:2 to HDR to 3D...

NHK World Prime, 12/12/12 concert, iHeartRadio concerts, etc. all recorded from C-band...

I highly recommend Kodi + PlexKodiConnect to the satellite TV enthusiast looking for a solution to archive and view the shows that they've recorded over the years.
