If anyone is interested in adding a 'Netflix' like service to their C band dish setup, there is a free service called Tubi TV. It was recently reviewed by the satellite nerd:
Great video as always satellite nerd!
If you have a Linux/Enigma box (e.g. Edision, ZGemma, etc), just load Kodi on to your satellite box and add the Tubi TV app. There is also a Pluto TV app which you can add, as explained in our tutorial below:
Tutorial 6(b): Adding Streaming Channels
Such a setup will combine live C and Ku band TV channels in crystal clear resolution, free movies and other content from Tubi/Pluto TV and if you add an OTA antenna, your locals too!
Why spend thousands of dollars every year on Netflix, Dish Network, DirecTV and cable when you can pretty much recreate the entire entertainment experience for free?
