It scans in as SD09 and appears to be WGBX from Boston.

It looks like they upgraded this PBS feed to HD. There are 4 PBS HD feeds on this mux as of today.

125W (ku band). They removed the OETA mux but added this new high-def feed! Besides the usual PBS programming, they also play BBC world news, NHK news, CNN, Bloomberg interviews and other good stuff.

You can also find PBS feeds on 103W (cband) and 87W (ku band), but 125W has the most PBS feeds and they seem to allocate the most bandwidth on this bird because the picture looks absolutely stunning.
