Edision 4K box review

Post by rusty » Fri Mar 01, 2019 10:33 am

It does everything the other 4K boxes do in addition to the following:

1. Decodes Music Choice Channels on 125 west 4140V without any isssues. Radio stations on 105 west also confirmed working.

2. Hardware blindscan takes about 15 minutes and finds everything.

3. Decodes 16/32 apsk signals. Tested on HBO trailer on 58 west.

4. Requires a 955Q usb tuner for atsc locals but works. It probably works on digital cable but I don't have a conection to check.

Checked most of the clark belt and no issues or problems with any channels using openatv6.2. Good price for a 4K box and sold by tek2000/titanium but won't say where I got mine. :tongue

Hello,

Thank you for posting the review. Sounds very interesting. No doubt I will be buying one this summer, after a wee bit of tree removal. This will open up more of the Clarke belt, and help reduce the chance of sudden death by big honking evergreen tree falls during storms. A little too close for comfort lately.

Enduring a bout of receiver envy, :thanks
