Aljazeera English is in the clear. I know it was scrambled for a while, now its back. :bouncybouncy Good to see some REAL world news because every US news channel thinks Trump is the only news in the world. :horse

I missed it but much obliged. I think AJ is shutting down in a few weeks anyway. :watchingtv

I've been doing some research :reading on the Linkbox 9000i and it seems every 'legal' FTA dealer is selling them. But when you scratch beneath the surface, this receiver is manufactured by Pansat (sued by Dish in the past for piracy) and used by most people to steal pogramming :underchair from Dish and other providers by simply swapping out the tuner module. For those who can't be bothered to swap in the 8PSK module, they can always steal Dish programming via iptv streaming, which is fully supported by this unit.

Even Scotty permits reviews of this receiver on his HOLIER THAN THOU site. With so many ways of obtaining free tv, could this just be another conspiracy to sink Rainier? :therethere :cheekkiss
Rainier Board of Directors ( :3stooges: ) peddling a $900 'made in china' stb so you can subscribe to the pivot channel. :toofunny Meanwhile, all D/N channels are FTA on 97w and more are coming. :innocent:

This receiver in manufactured by Link media, same people, but "Pansat" is no more! They are no longer in business! You are uninformed about "swaping" out the tunner, but a "turbo" tunner can be added to pick up that modulation when the chanels are itc. A person could also use "inks" on many other recievers out there. All legal dealers list; NOT to use 3party software as it voids the warenty! IPTV is legal! Those come and go. If you want a "Pansat" product, the only place to find them is on ebay or some other place. By the way, what reciever are you using? Jess out in California
