Freezing is happening because half the mpeg packets are encrypted while the other half are not!

Probably just a glitch at the headend.

Thanks for explaining the problem on this.I was watching(or trying)the hockey game and was noticing the delay looked like 0.5 sec delay in the movement of each frame.Just a guess,thanks Elko
