12012 - V - 30000 - DVB-S2

This is a 4k FTA signal. Not much 4K UHDTV out there yet, but I think more and more will be coming over the next few years.

Not sure which set-top-box can decode 4K, but you will also need a 4K TV to view the signal.

The other way to do it is to use the DVB Dream program and watch it on your PC, in addition to looking at the data.

If you guys know of any more such channels, please let me know so I can add them to the satellite charts.

Although UHDTV is in its infancy today, it will gradually take off just like HDTV took off a few years ago.

I am wondering how cable companies will cram these signals down their coaxial pipes? Master HDTV signals can easily take up 10Mbits/sec, so it follows that these new signals could take up as much as 30-40Mbits/sec.
