For 4:2:2 signals, you need one of the Azbox receivers. They are the only receivers that can decode these signals.
FYI, 4:2:2 signals include regular CBS Network feeds, CBC (Canada) feeds and some wild feeds (WWE, NFL, etc.). Definitely worth having an Azbox just for these channels.
For all other channels, almost any FTA receiver will do. My personal favourite is the Skybox F5. It is easy to customize with your own channels (using AliEditor) and has a nice EPG guide. It is similar to Openbox, but I like it better because it can display longer channel names, whereas Openbox chops off the ends.
