Just match the diameter of your bolt to the drill bit and go for it. Drill it to that size and the anchor probably won't tap in. Then try one size larger until the hole is big enough to pound in the anchor. Trial and error. Just drill small and go up in increments until the anchor will fit. If you start small and go up you won't screw it up.
10' Tek C-band dish, 1.2 meter KU band dish, ASC1 mover, Octagon/Zgemma/Edison dual band STB's. Running OpenPli on all.

Use 3/4" concrete/masonry drill bit. Just to be sure, take the anchor to the hardware store and make sure the anchor sleeve and drill bit you purchase are exactly the same size.

I think the 8' solid from Tek takes a 4.5" O.D. pole, so get one of those. In the old days the tvro industry exclusively used 3.5" O.D. poles for consumer tvros up to 12' but that was a mistake. Under high wind loads the mount can rotate on a smaller pole or the pole itself may bend. Steel was expensive in those days so people cut corners a lot. :madd
